1. About Ehh?
Ehh? is a Japanese learning app for practice with kana, kanji, stories, scenarios, notes, and AI-assisted study support. These Terms apply when you access or use the Ehh? app.
2. Your Account
You may need an account to use daily AI credits, paid features, saved study content, or billing features. Account creation currently requires an email address and password, or email-based sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Learning Content And AI Output
The app provides educational practice, not official JLPT exam preparation, professional translation, or academic certification. AI-generated stories, scenario replies, explanations, readings, translations, and study notes may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment and verify important learning points with reliable sources or a qualified teacher.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or use the app to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. Do not submit personal data about other people unless you have the right to do so.
5. Subscriptions And Payments
Paid features may be offered through a third-party payment provider. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the billing portal when available. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider; Ehh? does not store full payment card details.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of prompts, saved study content, and other content you provide. You give Ehh? permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the app.
7. Changes And Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, including free credits and AI features. We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available in the app.
8. Disclaimers And Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ehh? is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or learning outcomes resulting from use of the app.
