Study information may include prompts, generated stories, scenario chats, tutor questions, saved stories, bookmarks, settings, and AI credit usage. Technical information may include device, browser, IP address, request metadata, security logs, and error information. Billing information may include subscription status and payment metadata from our payment provider, but not full card numbers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate sign-ins, provide free credits and paid features, generate AI learning content, save study progress, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing
When you use AI features, prompts and relevant app context may be sent to an AI provider to generate stories, scenarios, tutor responses, explanations, readings, translations, and study notes. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into prompts. AI output may be inaccurate and should be checked before relying on it.
5. Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the app. This includes Supabase for account authentication and app data, DeepSeek for AI generation, and Stripe for billing and subscription handling. These providers process information for the service functions they provide to us.
6. Sharing And Sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party direct marketing. We may share information with service providers, when you ask us to, to protect the app and users, to comply with law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, saved study content, billing records, security, support, backup, legal, and compliance needs. You may request account deletion using the contact email below.
8. Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. You can contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Ehh? is a general-audience learning app. You must be old enough to use online services in your location, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. International Use
Ehh? can be used worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on where we and our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect information according to this Policy.
